Ingredients:-
Guda (Jaggery): Balances Vata and Pitta Doshas, purifies blood.
Goghritha (Ghee): Pacifies all three Doshas, purifies blood.
Tugaksiri (Bambusa bambos): Astringent and cooling. Anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic, antioxidant, carminative, aphrodisiac, demulcent, astringent, rejuvenating, styptic, desiccant, diuretic, expectorant, liver and cardiotonic.
Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus): Fertility enhancer and best tonic for the female reproductive system. Nutritive tonic with diuretic, aphrodisiac, rejuvenative, antacid, galactagogue, anti-microbial, laxative, antitumor, antispasmodic, antioxidant, demulcent, anti-depressant, adaptogenic and immunomodulator properties.
Sarkara (Sugar): Similar benefits as jaggery but also useful in reproductive problems and as an aphrodisiac.
Sunthi (Zingiber officinale): Anti-inflammatory.

How to Use:-
1. Take 1-2 table spoon of Kerala Ayurveda Sathavarigulam once or twice daily with milk, honey, or water, or take as directed by the physician.
