An order can be cancelled only before it has been dispatched from the warehouse. You can get an update of your order by logging into House fIndya’s Website, Mobile Site or Mobile Application. Once a cancellation request is raised, any amount paid will be credited back to the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

Log in to your HouseOfIndya account, go to ‘My Account’ and tap on ‘My Orders’. Select the order number that you wish to cancel and click cancel. You are done!
All the payments made using Credit card, Debit Card, Net Banking and Wallets are refunded to the source account in 10-15 business days from the date of order cancellation request.
If payment was made using HouseOfIndya store credits, the refund will reflect into your HouseOfIndya Credits account within 1-2 days of raising a cancellation request.
