You can cancel an order through the Indya website/M-site/app until it has been packed at our warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. For all prepaid orders, the refund shall reflect in the source account within 5-7 business days.
For wallet & store credits the refund shall reflect within 24 hours
If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet.
If the payment was made by redeeming an Indya Gift Card, you will receive the refund amount into your Indya Store Credits within 24 hours. Any amount paid over and above the gift card value, will be refunded to the source account in as per the stipulated timeline.
