The shipping charges on all international orders, irrespective of order size are as below:

The average delivery time is 7-10 business days, depending on the country of residence.

Delivery of Luxe and customized styles may take 7-25* business days due to the workmanship of the product.

All international orders are sent through DHL and FedEx.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and will not be able to define the cost as it varies from country to country. However, no duty is applicable on the specified order value for the below list of countries.

Cancellation would not be accepted for Indya Luxe styles and any customized items altered as per body measurements. Kindly note, orders can only be cancelled before they are packed in our warehouse.

If you wish to return an order, kindly get in touch with our customer care team at customercare@houseofindya.com or on +91-8929987349 / 0120-6850262 within 7 days of receiving the order.

For all international orders, customers have to return the products themselves. The order needs to be sent back to the following address-

Once we receive the product(s), it will go through a quality check at our warehouse and we will then initiate the refund in your source account within 24-48 business hours.

Please note that the refund amount will be calculated post deducting the import charges and shipping and handling costs.

If you choose to not pay duties and taxes and refuse to accept the delivery of the product, the refund will be made after deducting the import charges we incur to ship the product back to India. If the return charges are higher than the order refund amount, no refund will be made
