How to Use:-
1. Usage: Shake the bottle well; mix 15 ml of Rasnerandadi Kwath with 60 ml of lukewarm water and take it twice daily before food or as directed by the physician.
2. For better results, use consistently for 2-3 months. Seek advice from an Ayurveda doctor for long-term use.
3. Target Audience: All age groups. If you are prone to acidity, add 1/2 tsp ghee with kwath and avoid taking it at night.
