Ingredients:-
Loha Sodhita: Traditionally used to relieve anemia and raise blood iron levels.
Maricha (Piper nigrum): Helps to enhance the absorption of iron.

Amalaki (Emblica officinalis): Rich in Vitamin C, Indian gooseberry helps to enhance iron absorption.

Mustaka (Cyperus rotundus): With haematinic properties, it helps improve blood health.

How to Use:-
1. Adults can take 2-3 tsp (15-25 ml) twice daily after food.
2. If it is for children, reduce the dose to 1-2 tsp (5-15 ml) and take it after food twice daily or as directed by the physician.
3. Note: If you are prone to acidity, add 1/2 tsp ghee with arishta and avoid taking it at night.
4. Arishta is not suitable for pregnant women and lactating mothers.
