Add the thinly sliced onions and fry until golden brown. Remove half of the fried onions from the pan and set them aside for . In the same pan, add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until the raw smell . Add the meat pieces to the pan and cook on medium-high heat until they are browned on all sides. Now, add the Shan Sindhi Biryani Masala packet to the pan and mix it well with the meat. Cook for a few minutes to allow the spices to release their flavors. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil. Add soaked basmati rice to the boiling water along with some salt. Cook the rice until it is 70% done. Drain the rice and set it aside. Once the meat and masala mixture is well-cooked, add yogurt to the pan and mix it . Cook for another few minutes to combine the flavors. Now, layer the partially cooked rice over the meat and masala mixture in the pan. Sprinkle some fried onions on top of the rice. Cover the pan tightly with a lid and cook on low heat for about 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked and the flavors have melded together. Once the biryani is cooked, gently mix the rice and meat together, ensuring that the rice grains remain intact. Serve the Shan Sindhi Biryani hot with raita (yogurt dip) or salad.
