Shatavari is a well known health promoting herb. It works as a nutritive tonic for both men and women of all age groups promoting physical and mental health. It is especially useful to women in stages of menstruation, pregnancy and postnatal period as well as perimenopausal period.
Ingredients:-
Each Shatavari Tablet contains 500 mg of pure Shatavari
Indication:-
Useful in lactating mothers
Helps improve reproductive health
Helps improve physical strength, immunity and general well-being
Helps relieve stress and anxiety
Dosage:-
1. Adults: 2 to 3 tablets 2 to 3 times a day
2. For lactating mothers: 2 tablets twice or thrice a day with ½ cup of cow milk.
3. For reproductive health in adults: 3 tablets 2 times a day with ½ cup of cow milk
4. To improve physical strength, immunity and general well-being in adults: 2 tablets twice a day with ½ cup of cow milk.
5. To manage stress, anxiety in adults: 2 tablets twice a day after meal preferably with Saraswatarishta (20 ml i.e. 4 teaspoonful)
