Usage Instructions:- Step 1: Boil lemongrass & mint in water with jaggery Put a deep-bottomed pan over medium flame and add a lot of water in it. Bring it to a boil and then add lemongrass, mint leaves (a few) and jaggery in it. Stir to mix and bring them to a boil. Step 2: Simmer the ingredients until its reduced to half Lower the flame and let the ingredients simmer in the water till the water is reduced to half. Step 3 Add tea leaves in the simmered water and brew for 2 minutes Once done, turn off the burner and add tea leaves in it. Let the lemongrass mixture steep in the flavour of tea leaves for a minute or two, and then strain in cups. Serve hot!
