This fortification method is used to increase the disease fighting potential of particular herb so that even in very small doses it can exhibit strong efficacy. Chosath Prahari Pippal is widely used in ayurvedic practice especially for chronic type of respiratory ailments.
Dosage :
Children : ¼ teaspoonfuls (1 gm)
Adult : ¼ to ½ teaspoonfuls (1 to2 gm) twice a day (with honey, milk or ghee) or as advised by the Physician.
